Kakobuy Extra QC Photos: Ask One Question per Photo
"Please send more photos" is a weak QC request.
A useful request names: 1. the exact area; 2. the angle or measurement; 3. the decision it will affect.
The evidence request formula
Use:
Examples:
"Please show both heels straight from the back so I can compare heel shape and alignment."
"Please measure pit-to-pit chest width with the shirt laid flat."
"Please measure the inseam from crotch seam to hem."
"Please show the strap attachment and hardware on both sides."
This is clearer than "need detailed QC."
Request a measurement only when you have a target
A measurement without a reference number can create new uncertainty.
Before requesting: measure an item you own, record the target, know what range is acceptable.
Then the warehouse measurement has a decision attached to it.
Good shoe requests
Useful: insole/internal length, heel view, outsole, close-up of a visible mark, tongue/size label.
Less useful: another front photo that duplicates the existing front photo.
Good clothing requests
Useful: chest width, body length, sleeve length, waistband, inseam, close-up of a print/embroidery issue.
Ask only for measurements tied to fit.
Good bag requests
Useful: overall dimensions, base, zipper track, strap attachment, interior compartment, hardware issue close-up.
Keep the request neutral
Do not write the conclusion inside the request.
Instead of: "Please prove the zipper is defective."
Use: "Please show the zipper teeth and slider from close range."
You want evidence before judgment.
When no extra photo is needed
Do not request extra QC simply because the option exists.
Skip it when: the existing evidence already answers your decision, the missing detail would not change whether you keep the item, the request duplicates an existing image, you have no target measurement to compare.
Save the response with the decision
Once the evidence arrives, update the warehouse item status: Ready, Hold, Resolve.
Do not leave a completed extra-photo request disconnected from the final item decision.
