Kakobuy Returns & Exchanges: Separate Warehouse Decisions From Post-Delivery Claims
A return/exchange issue can begin at two very different moments:
Before international shipping: you see a problem while the item is still tied to the purchase/warehouse record. After delivery: the parcel arrives with a missing item, damage or another after-sales issue.
Do not mix those timelines or copy one deadline into every situation.
Stage 1 — Name the exact issue
Use a precise category:
Wrong identity — different product from the order. Wrong variant — incorrect size, color, model or version. Missing component — an expected part is absent. Visible damage — a break, mark or damage shown by evidence. Construction/appearance concern — a visible issue that matters to the decision.
“Bad quality” is weaker than an exact mismatch.
Stage 2 — Build the evidence pair
Keep:
Expected
The order selection, product page, source image, selected option or saved note.
Received
The warehouse image, label, measurement, close-up or delivered-item evidence showing the difference.
A direct expected-vs-received comparison is easier to process than a long message without references.
Stage 3 — Use the order record while the item is still in the purchase/warehouse flow
Kakobuy's current support page routes Return/Refund questions through My Order.
Use the action currently available to that order and record:
- purchase order number;
- date;
- issue;
- evidence;
- requested action;
- platform/seller response.
Do not publish one universal warehouse-return deadline unless Kakobuy's current order policy explicitly gives it for the exact situation.

Stage 4 — Keep unresolved items out of the international parcel
If an item is still under review, mark it Hold in your own warehouse notes.
Do not include it in the outbound parcel simply because other items are ready. Once an item has been shipped internationally, practical return options become harder.
Listing-specific and workflow-specific restrictions override generic assumptions
Return flexibility can differ by product, option or purchase workflow.
A particularly important example is Fill & Buy. Kakobuy's current Fill & Buy page warns that submitted third-party links do not provide after-sales service and says that once payment is completed, refunds, cancellations or mid-process modifications are not supported for that workflow.
That is a Fill & Buy condition—not a statement about every ordinary Kakobuy order.

Post-delivery after-sales: Kakobuy currently states a 72-hour window
Kakobuy's current service terms say that when purchased goods involve after-sales issues such as missing items, damage or defects, users should follow the Return/Exchange procedures and apply for after-sales service within 72 hours after receipt of the package.
This is a documented post-receipt condition. It should not be rewritten as a warehouse QC-return deadline.
If a delivered parcel has a problem, preserve evidence immediately:
- outer parcel condition;
- shipping label;
- opening evidence when useful;
- parcel item list;
- clear photos of missing/damaged goods;
- parcel reference;
- date/time of receipt.

QC evidence has limits
Warehouse photos can support visible issues, identity, option/label checks and measurements. They do not automatically prove every hidden material or electronic function.
Make the claim match the evidence you actually have.

FAQ
No. If the problem is already visible and a current return/exchange path exists, resolve it before international shipping.
Do not generalize it that way. Kakobuy's current terms state 72 hours after receipt of the package for post-delivery after-sales issues such as missing items, damage or defects. Warehouse/order actions can have different conditions.
Kakobuy's current Fill & Buy page warns that third-party-link orders do not provide after-sales service and that refunds/cancellations/mid-process modifications are not supported after payment in that workflow.
