Kakobuy Tracking: First Identify Which Track You Are Looking At
Kakobuy tracking has two different jobs.
Original Order Tracking follows the seller-side purchase and domestic delivery toward the Kakobuy warehouse. Parcel Logistics follows the international shipment after warehouse consolidation and dispatch.
A quiet screen can mean very different things depending on which track you are checking.
Seller-side tracking: Purchase Order Number
Kakobuy officially launched Original Order Tracking in October 2025. Its announcement says the Purchase Order Number can be used to check seller shipping, dispatch and delivery progress.
Path shown by Kakobuy:
User Center → Order → Purchase Order Number
Use this before the item becomes part of an international parcel.

International tracking: My Parcel → Logistics Details
After dispatch, Kakobuy's help center directs users to:
Member Center → My Parcel → Logistics Details
If the system cannot show logistics information, Kakobuy says it may provide another query URL.
The same help page warns that international logistics involves multiple parties and updates can lag.

A practical scan vocabulary
Carrier wording varies, but international events usually map to one of these stages:
Data created
A shipping record exists; physical movement may not yet be visible.
Accepted / collected
A logistics provider has received the parcel.
Export processing
The parcel is moving through origin-side handling.
Line-haul movement
The parcel is travelling between major logistics points. Public scans can be sparse here.
Import / customs processing
The parcel is entering the destination customs/logistics network.
Local handoff
A destination carrier has taken responsibility for the last-mile stage.
Out for delivery
The parcel is in the local delivery process.
Read the meaning of the event rather than forcing every route into identical wording.
Use the “last confirmed handoff” rule
When tracking is quiet, record the last event that clearly happened.
Then ask:
- Which organization had the parcel at that point?
- Was the parcel between carriers or countries?
- Did a new local tracking number appear?
- Is there an explicit exception message or simply no new scan?
- Has Kakobuy provided an alternative tracking URL?
This creates a useful support question instead of “tracking stuck.”
Keep one Parcel Record
Save:
- Kakobuy parcel reference;
- international tracking number;
- selected route;
- submission/dispatch date;
- item list;
- destination;
- any local carrier number;
- last meaningful scan if support is later needed.
If the parcel transfers to another carrier, add the new number to the same record.
When to escalate
Escalation should be tied to evidence such as:
- explicit exception;
- failed delivery;
- address problem;
- customs/request notice;
- a service-specific expected window clearly exceeded;
- Kakobuy or the carrier requesting information.
A short period without a scan is not enough by itself to diagnose a parcel.
Delivery-day evidence
Before discarding packaging:
- inspect the outer parcel;
- keep the shipping label visible in any useful photo/video evidence;
- compare contents with your parcel record;
- record missing/damaged items clearly if a problem exists.
Kakobuy's current service terms say after-sales issues such as missing items, damage or defects should be raised through its return/exchange process within 72 hours after receipt of the package. That is a post-delivery term, not a warehouse return window.
