Kakobuy Payment Guide: Separate Product Payment From Parcel Payment
Kakobuy payments happen at more than one stage. The product-side payment gets a seller order moving toward the warehouse; the later parcel-side payment covers the international shipment you actually submit. Keeping those two checkpoints separate makes it easier to understand the total cost and easier to trace a refund or payment problem.
Kakobuy's current help material documents PayPal and an International Credit Card checkout path, and its account property area exposes Balance, Coupon, Top up, Remit, Refund, Refund record and Goods refund functions. Always use the payment methods and labels currently shown in your own account because availability and provider flows can change.
The payment map
Product-side payment
This is the payment connected to the item purchase. Before confirming it, recheck the live product, selected variation, quantity and seller-side domestic delivery shown by the order flow.
Kakobuy's payment-complete page currently reminds users that paid goods are not sent directly to the international address. They first move to the Kakobuy warehouse. After storage, the user selects warehouse orders, submits a parcel and pays international freight separately.

Parcel-side payment
International shipping belongs to the parcel stage, not the source-product price.
Before paying it, verify:
- the exact warehouse items selected;
- packaging choices;
- parcel weight and dimensions shown by the current workflow;
- destination details;
- current route availability;
- the displayed freight estimate and service notes.
This separation is why a low product price should never be presented as a delivered price.
PayPal: the address check matters
Kakobuy's current PayPal help says users paying through PayPal should make the shipping address associated with the payment consistent with the destination used for the Kakobuy order/parcel flow.
That makes address consistency a payment check, not only a shipping-day check.
Before payment, compare:
- destination country selected in Kakobuy;
- recipient identity and address you intend to use for the parcel;
- the address shown in the payment-provider flow.
Do not copy an old screenshot of a payment page. Follow the current checkout displayed to your account.

International Credit Card: follow the live checkout
Kakobuy's current help page instructs users who need a debit/credit-card path to select International Credit Card at checkout and then complete the card and address information requested by the payment page.
The useful rule is simple: read the current checkout labels and make the address information consistent with the Kakobuy destination. Do not publish a static list of card networks or country availability unless Kakobuy itself currently documents it and the page is maintained.
Balance, top-up and refund records are different records
Kakobuy's account property interface currently exposes separate entries for:
- Balance;
- Coupon;
- Top up;
- Remit;
- Refund;
- Refund record;
- Goods refund.
Treat those labels as separate account records. If you are investigating a missing refund, first identify whether you are looking for a product-side goods refund, a payment-provider refund, or a balance movement. A screenshot that shows only “Balance” does not explain which event created the balance.

Build a payment record before something goes wrong
For a multi-item haul, save:
| Record | What to keep |
|---|---|
| Product order | Order reference + product + variation |
| Payment | Date + amount + method shown at checkout |
| Balance movement | Top-up/remit/refund record when relevant |
| Parcel payment | Parcel reference + route + displayed freight |
| Support case | Screenshot + exact order/parcel reference |
This is more useful than one folder full of payment screenshots with no order IDs.
Coupons are a checkout input, not the product price
If a coupon is available, treat it as a separate line in the transaction. Check the actual discount applied in the current checkout rather than subtracting a headline coupon value from every future order.
Do not hard-code a “new user savings” amount into an evergreen cost guide. Kakobuy currently runs promotions and announcements, but promotional conditions can change.
When a payment question becomes a support question
Kakobuy's current support page routes order purchase / return / refund questions toward My Order, parcel logistics issues toward My Parcel, and general sign-up, top-up, purchasing or forwarding questions toward chat.
When asking for help, include the reference that matches the stage:
- purchase order for product-side issues;
- parcel reference for international shipping issues;
- payment/refund record for balance questions.
