Check
Kakobuy QC: Inspect the Item You Actually Received
Kakobuy QC is the checkpoint between seller delivery and international shipping.
Once an item reaches the warehouse, use the available photos and measurements to confirm visible details before you place it into a parcel. The purpose is not to prove everything about a product. The purpose is to catch problems that can be seen while the item is still at the warehouse.
QC is a decision, not a gallery
Do not look at warehouse photos as content to scroll through. Give every photo a job.
Ask:
- Is this the right item?
- Is this the right color and size indicator?
- Are there obvious stains, damage or construction problems?
- Does the shape look reasonable?
- Do printed, embroidered or hardware details sit where expected?
- Do I need a measurement photo before deciding?
If the existing photos cannot answer an important question, identify the missing angle or measurement rather than guessing.
Shoes QC checklist
Check:
- overall pair symmetry
- toe shape
- heel shape and height
- sole attachment
- visible glue or stitching issues
- tongue and label placement
- left/right size labels
- outsole condition
- insole length if fit is uncertain
A front-and-side photo can make a pair look fine while hiding a heel or outsole issue. Use multiple angles when shape matters.
T-shirts, hoodies and jackets
Check:
- front and back alignment
- print or embroidery placement
- visible stains
- seam condition
- zipper or hardware alignment
- garment length
- chest width
- sleeve length when fit is critical
- hood shape or collar construction for hoodies/jackets
A letter size is not a measurement. When sizing is important, compare warehouse measurements with a garment you already own.
Bags
Check:
- overall shape
- dimensions
- zipper path
- strap attachment
- hardware finish
- stitching at stress points
- interior layout if visible
- handle symmetry
Accessories
Check:
- dimensions
- clasp or buckle condition
- alignment
- surface scratches
- engraving or print placement when relevant
- included parts
Small products can look "correct" in a wide photo but still be the wrong size. Request a measurement when scale is important.
Four possible QC decisions
Approve The item matches your intended variant and the visible condition is acceptable.
Ask for more evidence You cannot decide because an important angle or measurement is missing.
Exchange The item is usable in general but the unit, size or version is not the one you want and exchange is available.
Return The item does not fit your plan and return is still possible under the applicable seller/order conditions.
Make the decision before shipping
The best decision is the one made before international shipping, not after delivery.
FAQ
They are warehouse photos used to inspect visible aspects of the item after it arrives from the seller and before international shipping.
No. Photos are limited by angle, lighting and what is visible. Use measurements or additional images when a decision depends on something the current photos do not show.
Confirm the item, color and size/version first. Then check category-specific details such as shape, measurements, hardware, print placement or stitching.
Review each item first so you do not pay international shipping for something you already know you do not want.
