Build a Kakobuy Haul: Write the Parcel Brief Before You Start Adding Products
A haul is easier to control when it has a job.
Before browsing, write one sentence that describes the parcel you actually want to receive. That sentence becomes the filter for every product that follows.
Start with a Parcel Brief
Examples:
The brief should describe use, not hype.
Give every product a role
You would still place the order if this were the only product.
It fits the same wardrobe/use case and improves the parcel.
You are considering it mainly because you are already placing an order.
Opportunity items deserve the hardest question: would you buy this if it had to ship by itself?
If the answer is no, it may be clutter.
Set three boundaries
Product boundary
Maximum number of products or maximum product spend.
Bulk boundary
Decide what kind of bulky items you are willing to include: multiple boxes, padded jackets, structured bags, etc.
Time boundary
Choose when the haul closes. Otherwise new finds can delay the parcel indefinitely.
Build in category order
A mixed haul is easier to manage when you add categories deliberately.
Example: 1. footwear; 2. tops; 3. bottoms; 4. outerwear; 5. accessories only if they still fit the brief.
This keeps the cart from becoming a random feed of unrelated products.
Make a pre-order row for each item
Record: readable name, URL, intended variant, size reference, why the item belongs in the parcel, QC question, packaging concern, priority: Core / Companion / Opportunity.
When the item reaches the warehouse, the same row becomes your QC record.
The "would I remove this?" test
Before paying international shipping, review every item and ask:
If removing this item made the parcel simpler, would I miss it?
If the answer is no, the item may not deserve international freight simply because it is already in the warehouse.
Plan bulk before price distracts you
Some items change the parcel profile more than their product price suggests: shoe boxes, padded jackets, structured bags, large gift boxes, rigid packaging.
A low-priced bulky item can consume more parcel space than several lightweight products.
Close the haul deliberately
A haul is done when: all Core items are Ready, unresolved QC questions are finished, the parcel brief has been met, remaining saved products are optional, you can explain why each selected warehouse item belongs.
Do not use "I might find something better tomorrow" as a permanent reason to delay.
Once the haul is close to final, use the packed weight and expected dimensions to check the current shipping estimate.
After the haul arrives
Keep the parcel list until you have checked delivery.
It becomes a useful record for: what arrived, which sizes worked, which measurements were accurate, which packaging choices were worthwhile, what you would change next time.
That is more valuable than remembering only the final shipping price.
FAQ
There is no universal ideal count. Build around a clear parcel purpose, current route limits and the bulk of the items.
Not automatically. Additional items can increase weight or volume and can create more QC and sizing risk.
Stop when the parcel brief is met and the remaining products are mostly optional additions.
