Kakobuy Order Status: One Purchase Can Create Two Different Tracking Timelines
A Kakobuy order does not become one continuous tracking number from seller checkout to your front door.
The useful model is two tracks:
Track A — Purchase Order: seller-side purchase and domestic movement toward the Kakobuy warehouse. Track B — International Parcel: the consolidated warehouse parcel after you submit it for international shipping.
Kakobuy now exposes official tools for both stages, and mixing them is one of the easiest ways to think an order is “not updating” when you are simply looking at the wrong record.
Track A — Original Order Tracking
Kakobuy announced Original Order Tracking on 22 October 2025.
Its current announcement says users can use the Purchase Order Number to check seller-side shipping, dispatch or delivery progress and gives this path:
User Center → Order → Purchase Order Number
Use this track before the item becomes an international parcel.

Track A1 — Seller purchase
Save:
- purchase order number;
- source/seller link;
- selected variation;
- quantity;
- any seller-side message or price change.
At this point, the relevant question is whether the seller order is being processed—not where the final international parcel is.
Track A2 — Domestic delivery to warehouse
The seller sends the item through a domestic China delivery network.
This shipment is separate from the later international parcel. A domestic tracking number should not be expected to work as your international tracking number.
When the warehouse receives the item, move the decision from Where is the seller shipment? to Did the correct item arrive?
Warehouse stage — identity, QC and readiness
At the warehouse, check:
- correct product;
- correct variation;
- QC evidence;
- critical measurements;
- visible issue status;
- packaging note;
- whether the item is Ready, Hold or needs a return/exchange action.
Warehouse arrival does not automatically mean the item belongs in the next parcel.
Track B — International parcel
Once you select warehouse items and submit them for international shipping, the parcel becomes a new record.
Save:
- parcel reference;
- exact item list;
- packaging choices;
- destination;
- displayed weight/dimensions;
- selected route;
- international tracking number after dispatch.
Track B after dispatch — My Parcel → Logistics Details
Kakobuy's current tracking help says that after a parcel is dispatched, users can view logistics in:
Member Center → My Parcel → Logistics Details
When Kakobuy cannot display the parcel movement inside the account, its help documentation says another tracking-query address may be supplied. Treat a quiet interval as a handoff question first: international parcels pass through several logistics parties, and the public scan sequence may pause between them.

Which reference should you send to support?
Kakobuy's current support page routes:
- purchase/dispatch/return-refund issues → My Order;
- international parcel tracking/logistics issues → My Parcel;
- sign-up, top-up and general purchasing/forwarding questions → Chat.
Use the record that owns the problem instead of sending only a screenshot with no reference number.
