Kakobuy Support Guide: Start With the Record That Owns the Problem
A support question becomes easier to solve when it is sent from the correct stage of the workflow.
Kakobuy's current contact page separates Order Enquiry, Parcel Enquiry and Chat. Use that structure before writing the message: product-purchase problems belong with the order record; international logistics belongs with the parcel record; sign-up, top-up and general purchasing/forwarding questions can begin with chat.

Decision map
Use My Order when the problem is attached to the purchase
Kakobuy's current support page points users to My Order for issues such as:
- order purchase;
- verifying dispatch;
- return/refund.
Bring the purchase order number, product identity and selected variation into the message.
Use My Parcel when the problem is attached to international logistics
The same support page points users to My Parcel when they cannot track a parcel or see logistics updates.
Kakobuy's tracking help separately says that after dispatch, users can open Member Center → My Parcel → Logistics Details. If the system cannot show the logistics information, Kakobuy may provide another query URL.
Bring the parcel reference, route, tracking number and last visible scan.
Use Chat for account and workflow questions
Kakobuy currently lists sign-up, top-up and Purchasing/Forwarding Service among the topics that can start with chat.
Do not send a vague “my order has a problem” message if the account already has the exact order/parcel record that owns the issue.
The five-line support message
A strong first message can be short:
Reference: purchase order or parcel number Stage: seller order / warehouse / parcel / delivery Expected: one precise expected result Observed: one precise problem Evidence: screenshot, QC image, tracking event or payment record
This gives support something actionable without hiding the issue inside a long story.
Seller-side tracking vs parcel tracking
Kakobuy officially launched Original Order Tracking in October 2025. Its announcement says users can use the Purchase Order Number to check seller-side shipping, dispatch or delivery updates, and shows the path User Center → Order → Purchase Order Number.
That is a different timeline from the international parcel.
Official feature announcement: Original Order Tracking Is Live
After the parcel is dispatched, use My Parcel → Logistics Details for the international leg.

If tracking is quiet
Kakobuy's current logistics help warns that international logistics involves multiple parties and updates can lag.
Before contacting support, save:
- last confirmed tracking event;
- timestamp/date of that event;
- tracking number;
- route/service name;
- whether another carrier number appeared.
Ask about the gap, not simply “Where is my parcel?”
If the problem is after delivery
Kakobuy's current service terms say after-sales issues such as missing items, damage or defects should follow its Return/Exchange procedures and currently require an application within 72 hours after receipt of the package.
That is a post-receipt term from the current official service terms. It is not the same as a warehouse return window.
If something is wrong at delivery, preserve:
- outer package condition;
- shipping label;
- opening evidence when useful;
- item list;
- damage/missing-item images;
- parcel reference.
