Kakobuy Women's Finds: Use the Product Type to Decide What "Fit" Means
A women's category can include dresses, tops, activewear, heels, sets and accessories.
That variety means one generic sizing rule is especially unhelpful.
For fitted tops and dresses
Prioritize: bust/chest, waist, hip where relevant, body length, stretch, strap length on fitted/slip styles.
Compare with a similar garment you own.
For activewear
Check: product chart, stretch description, waist/hip range, top/bottom sizing when sold as a set.
A set can create a mismatch when the top and bottom ideally need different sizes. Confirm how the live listing handles options.
For heels and footwear
Use the same shoe principles: size system, foot/insole length where available, heel height, toe shape, strap placement.
QC priorities
Match the QC request to the product rather than to the category label.
A bodycon dress may need a garment measurement. A heel may need strap/heel and size-label evidence. An activewear set may need confirmation that both pieces match the ordered size/color.
Parcel note
Delicate surfaces, heels and structured items should not be packed as if they were soft T-shirts.
Separate "women's category" from "women's sizing"
The category label does not create one sizing system.
A knit top, activewear set, fitted dress, skirt and heel can all use different measurements.
Use the product type to decide the reference.
Dress
Chest/bust, waist, hip where fitted, body length, strap length if relevant.
Skirt
Waist, hip, total length, slit or stretch information.
Activewear set
Top and bottom size options, waist/hip range, top support/cut and whether the set must use one size for both pieces.
Crop top
Chest width, body length and strap/shoulder construction.
Heel
Foot length/size system, heel height, toe shape and strap placement.
Set products need an option audit
When a product contains two pieces, confirm: both pieces are included, the selected color applies to both, top/bottom sizing rules, whether pieces can be sized separately.
A product photo can show a set even when a specific option represents only one component. Use the live option text as the deciding source.
QC should match the garment
Do not request the same measurement for every product.
A bodycon dress may need waist or hip. A crop top may need chest width. A skirt may need waist and length. A heel may need size label and footbed/insole reference.
The measurement is useful only when it answers the fit question.
